Una excursión nocturna organizada en torno a un momento preciso: el amanecer desde la cumbre del monte Sinaí, a 2.285 metros de altitud. La ascensión guiada comienza hacia las 2:00 h y dura aproximadamente dos horas y media a pie (hay camellos disponibles para la mayor parte del recorrido por un coste adicional); tras el amanecer y el descenso, el viaje continúa hacia el monasterio de Santa Catalina, del siglo VI, Patrimonio de la Humanidad de la UNESCO y construido en torno a la ubicación tradicional de la Zarza Ardiente.
