Fly to Luxor, East Bank
Flight to Luxor, then Karnak and Luxor Temple in the afternoon.

The Valley of the Kings and Hatshepsut's Temple, with an optional sunrise hot air balloon beforehand.

Transfer to Luxor airport for the short flight to Hurghada, checking in on the Red Sea coast by afternoon.
