Our Story

We turn a trip to Egypt into a personalized, memorable experience

Egypt Eye started with a straightforward idea: that a trip to Egypt shouldn’t be a coach, a checklist, and a photo you took yourself in a hurry. We run private tours for travelers who came here for the history, the culture, the desert and the water — and we run them with guides who are from here and are genuinely interested in the questions you ask.

What people book us for, in the end, is a mix that’s unusual to find in one company. We’re the tour operator, the transport, the photographer, and the person answering your message at midnight — all the same team. No handoffs to a local partner you’ve never spoken to, and no surprise about who’s meeting you at the airport.

That’s also why agencies keep coming back with their own clients. When a travel agency sends you their travelers, they’re lending you their reputation. The index further down this page is what that has looked like, group by group, since February 2022.

We show you Egypt, take care of you, customize the experience, and professionally capture it — Tour Operator, Experience Company, Photography Studio, and Concierge, all in one.

By the Numbers

Six numbers, and the list behind each one

Other travel professionals hand us their own clients

It’s one thing for a traveler to take a chance on you. It’s another for a travel agency to put their own name on your work and send you the people who pay them. Here is every group that has, with the month they came.

No stock library, no models, no borrowed shots. Each caption names the group who travelled and the month they were here — the same photos we send agencies when they ask what a trip with us looks like.

Behind the Experience

What we actually own, and what that changes

Most of what goes wrong on a trip to Egypt goes wrong in the gaps between companies — the operator, the driver, the photographer, the person you message when something changes. There are no gaps here, because all of it is us.

Private, never pooled

Every tour runs as a private tour. Your group, your guide, your pace — not a coach filled with strangers.

Modern air-conditioned vehicles

Transport is our own, kept modern and air-conditioned, because Egypt is hot and a long transfer day shouldn't be the part you remember.

Guides in your language

Our guides speak the languages our travelers arrive with, so nothing about a 4,000-year-old room has to be explained twice.

Support that answers at 3am

Customer service runs 24/7. Flight moved, plan changed, something went wrong at the hotel — someone picks up.

In-house content creators

We keep expert content creators on the team. The photos and video from your trip are made by people who are actually on it with you.

Flying dress shoots

The desert and temple flying-dress shoots you've seen from Egypt — the gowns, the locations, the timing — are run by us, not outsourced.

Gifts made for your travelers

For agencies and groups: custom giveaways made for your clients — necklaces with their names in Arabic, photo albums, tote bags, passport covers, carrying your logo.

Traveler Stories

What Our Travelers Say

Real words from real trips — a small sample of what's waiting for you on the full page.

The photos genuinely look like they belong in a magazine. Fady knew exactly how to pose us and where to catch the light — we didn't expect a tour to double as a professional photoshoot.

Sarah M.

Exclusive Pyramids Photoshoot

From the airport pickup to the last night's dinner cruise, it felt like traveling with friends, not a tour company. Beshoy checked in constantly and adjusted the schedule when we wanted more time at Karnak.

James & Emma

6 Days: Cairo, Giza & Luxor

I've never felt so looked after on a solo trip. Yousif made sure I always felt safe, and the itinerary flexed around what I actually wanted to see instead of a fixed script.

Priya K.

8 Days Essential Egypt + Nile Cruise

Booking the flying dress shoot was the best last-minute decision of the trip. Marco found us a completely empty stretch of dunes and the editing turned around faster than promised.

Every message was answered within minutes, even before we landed. Mena and the team clearly communicate constantly — nothing was left to guesswork.
